Make Yourself Presentable.

Breaking out of the Northwest Uniform for Spring

Let’s break out of our winter northwest uniform and head into the new season with a little more flair. Spring is here and now is the time to seriously start considering boxing up the fleeces, wind-breakers, plain-jane collared shirts and anything from REI (for business and social purposes–no one’s expecting you to hike in chiffon!).

With the new season its time to integrate some new style norms. Add some interesting patterns, bright colors and lighter fabrics to your wardrobe for an updated look for the new season.

Ladies

Replace the standard jeans and trousers with some vibrant and feminine dresses, blouses and skirts.  Get away from the black, gray and brown.

Add colors, fit and patterns that put a punch of personality into a boring typical northwest wardrobe. Here are a few examples from our local retail giant: notice fresh spring colors, floral patterns and lighter fabrics.
